  N-Delta unemployed graduates of Egbema/Gbaramatu host communities, under the auspices of Kokodiagbene, Ogbudugbudu, Makaraba, Benikrukru, Okoyitoru and Tsekelewu, KOMBOT, on Friday, April 22, 2022, besiege Chevron Nigeria Limited, CNL Opuekeba Flowstation in Egbema Kingdom in Warri, Delta State, on a peaceful protest. The protesters accused the Management of the oil and gas major of torpedoing the Grievance Resolution process it started with the body to resolve the issues of the unjustified termination of Comrade Timmy Okirika for no just cause and the employment of 200 Egbema and Gbaramatu graduates to fill 200 deficit employment slot for the Kingdoms.  The protesters carried placards with inscriptions such as: “Chevron must respect the GMoU on Egbema and Gbaramatu graduates employment #Employ 200+1EGG Now”, “Chevron must comply with the Local Content Act on Indigenous Employment #Employ 200+EGG now”, “Chevron is robbing us of employment #Employ200+1EGG now”, “Chevron must reinstate

 Egbema Youth Makes History, behold the new executives.  It was a peaceful election conducted yesterday at Ogbinbiri community Egbema Kingdom, Warri North Local Government Area Delta State by the Eleco Committee of Egbema Youth Council. The election had aspirants cut across Ofunama, Ajakurama, Opuama, Polobubo, Ogbudugbudu,  Gbeoba, Abere, Ugbolukanga, Ogbinbiri, Abadigbene (Bolou-Jamagie), and Jamagie towns.  The election was transparent, free and fair as delegates was given the opportunity to vote their choice of candidates in the open.
