 Ijaw Leader, Oromoni pledges support for IPF, promises to attend inauguration Feb 29 The president of the Ijaw Publishers Forum, IPF, paid a courtesy visit to the Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor,  Chief Sylvester Oromoni in his Warri residence on Sunday 25th February, 2024 to officially invite him for the upcoming inauguration of Council of the body. The apex Ijaw media body led by its president Comr. Ozobo Austin was accompanied by Mr Onyinbi Onduku, vice President- elect, Mr Tare Magbei, Secretary-elect, Hon. Tamsokunbiri Mmd of Kpakam Tv, Dr Peres Clinton of Iduwini voice and Mr Preye Ekpegha of South-South Daily and others. The Ijaw Publishers appreciated the Special Adviser, Oromoni for his unwavering support for Ijaw people during the Warri Crisis and also making Ijaw proud in the private and politics sectors. Ijaw Traditional Rulers to Grace  Publishers Inauguration Feb 29 Prominent Ijaw traditional rulers have commended the Ijaw Publishers Forum (IPF) for coming up with the laudable initiative to unite and speak with one voice under the elected body of the forum.  The Director of Social Services, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Chief Favour Izoukumor will be gracing the most- talked about inauguration ceremony of the Ijaw Publishers Forum, IPF as Special Guest of Honour. The event had been scheduled for February 29, 2024 at Canewood hotel in Jakpa road, Warri, Delta State.   The Ijaw Publishers Forum (IPF) is gearing up for its upcoming inauguration, set for February 29, 2024, in Warri, Delta State. Chief (Engr.) Kestin Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, has accepted the invitation to chair the ceremony, boosting the event's anticipation. Chief Pondi confirmed his decision during a meeting at his office in Warri, where a delegation from IPF, led by its President Comr. Ozobo Austin of Congress Newspaper visited on January 6. Delta Event News: Mulade Commits To Grace The Inaugural Ceremony Of Ijaw Publishers Forum's, Express Gratitude For Their Visionary Efforts In Moving Ijaw Nation Forward.  During a visit by IPF's National Chairman, Comrade Austin Ozobo, Mulade lauds the forum for promoting Ijaw interests through various media organizations.  He acknowledges their role in sharing the authentic narrative of the Ijaws in the Niger Delta globally and pledges his support. Mulade also expresses confidence in Ozobo's leadership and encourages IPF to collaborate with the NUJ national body for mutual progress.
