Grassroots Advocate Moses Ugular Declares for Warri North Assembly Seat, Unveils People-Focused Agenda

Warri North, Delta State — Comrade Moses Ugular has officially declared his intention to contest for the Delta State House of Assembly, Warri North Constituency, under the African Democratic Congress (ADC). 

Describing himself as a proud grassroots son of Warri North, the aspirant said his ambition is driven by the need for inclusive leadership and real development across riverine communities.


Presenting his vision, Ugular highlighted priorities such as grassroots-first governance, riverine infrastructure with internet access in all Wards, youth empowerment through digital literacy,Technical and vocational skills and critical thinking and innovation,education-teacher support,scholarship for students,healthcare access, medical outreach through mobile clinics, and transparent leadership. He emphasized plans for better jetties and waterways, improved schools with modern and digital teaching aids and health centres, job opportunities for young people, and community-based security to protect lives and livelihoods.

He also pledged support for women, vulnerable groups, and environmental protection for fishermen and farmers, promising a stronger voice for Warri North in the State Assembly. The declaration ended with a call for unity and collective action toward “a Better Warri North.”
