We at Delta Event TV Celebrate Chief, Alhaji Emmanuel Omoko an indigent and Welfare Chairman of Opuama Community in Warri North Local Government In Delta State for his Humanitarian services and being the first man in Niger Delta to donate Cash and food worth over Forty million (40,00,000 ) to Seven Local Government Area and Communities in Niger Delta affected by the COVID-19  lockdown.
