Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Advocate of Niger-Delta Struggle, Endorses Marbo's Leadership

In a significant development, Ogomugo Marbo, also known as the Chief Diplomat and President of NDPYLF, has been appointed as the Head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit within the Presidential Amnesty Programme. Dr. Dennis Otuaro, a prominent figure in the Ijaw Cum Niger-Delta Struggle, has expressed confidence in Marbo's ability to lead effectively.


Marbo's appointment aligns with the advocacy for the inclusion of Niger-Delta struggle veterans in key positions to redirect the amnesty program towards its original objectives. With a focus on benefiting documented delegates and the broader Niger-Delta region, Marbo is poised to leverage his experience and insights for positive change.


In recognition of Marbo's appointment, Doctor Kegbe, Head of Data/Documentation Management at ND-PYLF, extends congratulations to his boss and National President of NDPYLF. Kegbe also expresses appreciation to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the new Presidential Amnesty Administrator, for recognizing Marbo's qualifications and potential.


As Marbo assumes leadership in the Presidential Amnesty Programme office in Abuja, supported by Dr. Otuaro, their collaborative efforts signify a renewed commitment to advancing peace and development in the Niger-Delta region.
