Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State.

In his message, Alhaji Emmanuel Omoko praised Governor Oborevwori for his dedication and wonderful achievements over the past one year, particularly highlighting the significant of the Julius Berger Effurun and Enerhen junction flyover projects in Uwvie and Warri metropolis. "Your promise to deliver more to Deltans has been clearly demonstrated in those projects and others around Delta State. You have truly delivered on some of your promises in such a short time," he stated when Delta Event News called on him in his Sapele office.
