In a landmark event today in Delta State, leaders of phase three ex-agitators under the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) have expressed overwhelming confidence in Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the newly appointed Administrator. This gathering signifies a pivotal moment for the intervention initiative, highlighting a renewed sense of hope and optimism among stakeholders.


During the stakeholders' meeting, Dr. Otuaro outlined his vision to enhance the programme's impact through robust human capital development and innovative initiatives. Leaders of the ex-agitators endorsed his approach, emphasizing their support for his commitment to resolve pending issues and steer the program towards greater productivity.
