FOUR YEARS REMEMBRANCE: ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS — LATE MAMA SABINA ABEL KOROKORO (Nee Sanki)
By Delta Event News
Four years may have passed, but the memory of a precious soul never fades. On this day, the 15th of August 2021, our hearts were shattered by the passing of our dearly beloved mother, Late Mama Sabina Abel Korokoro (Nee Sanki) — a woman whose life was a blessing and whose legacy remains a guiding light to all who knew her.
Mama Sabina was more than a mother; she was a pillar of love, discipline, sacrifice, and unshakable faith. Her moral guidance, wise counsel, and unwavering dedication to her family left an imprint that time can never erase. To those privileged to encounter her, she was a beacon of compassion, an embodiment of integrity, and a living testament to God’s grace.
Though four years have rolled by, the pain of her absence feels as raw as it did on that fateful day. Each day without her reminds us of the void her departure created, yet it also inspires us to cherish her memory, uphold her values, and continue the work she began.
We remain grateful for her life — for the love she poured into her children, the prayers she uttered for their future, and the sacrifices she made to see them thrive. As we mark this solemn anniversary, we pray for her continued rest in the bosom of the Almighty until we meet again on the Day of Resurrection.
You are forever loved, Mama, and though we miss you deeply, we find comfort in knowing you rest in God’s eternal peace.
Fondly remembered on behalf of the family by:
CHIEF SHOLA K. KOROKORO (JP), Beloved Son
