The Director of Crime Fighters Security Network and Delta North Coordinator of the Governor Sheriff Movement Train, Comrade Ijabor Oghenerukevwe Lucky, has congratulated Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, on his recent decision to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaking with Delta Event News, Comrade Ijabor described the governor’s defection as a bold, strategic, and timely move, calling it the “best decision ever.” He noted that Governor Diri’s decision reflects political maturity, foresight, and a commitment to align with a progressive vision for the Niger Delta and Nigeria at large.

According to him, the move will open a new chapter for Bayelsa State and further strengthen regional collaboration across the South-South, particularly as the APC continues to gain ground in the region.
